COSTA MESA, CA – Lucid Realty Corporation is proud to announce a new philanthropic mission: the Worthy Cause Mission. With a goal of raising $50,000 this year, the brokerage is pledging a significant portion of its earnings to support children facing serious illnesses, cancer, and neglect, both locally and internationally.*

In a tribute to local history, Lucid Realty will donate 19.66% of its gross net commission from every closed transaction to charity. The figure—19.66%—commemorates the year the brokerage’s leadership moved to the Mesa Verde neighborhood of Costa Mesa, marking a lifelong commitment to the community.
How It Works—A Win-Win for Homeowners:
Every client who buys or sells a home with Lucid Realty Corporation automatically contributes to this mission. At the close of escrow, 19.66% of the brokerage’s gross net commission is distributed evenly among a diverse group of high-impact organizations all engage in efforts to improve children's lives, including:
Education & Local Schools: Estancia/TeWinkle Schools Foundation (supporting Basketball and Golf programs)
and the Costa Mesa Historical Society’s Student Research Projects
Developmental Support: Linden Oaks (SLDC)
Global Outreach: K & D Charitable Foundation, benefiting orphanages overseas.
