Mr. Stead helped us with the sale of our house in Irvine and the process was very smooth since he was in constant communication with us and worked with other agencies to garner a lot of interest in our property. Not only did we use him to sell our house, but we also used him to represent us to purchase another house. We spent a long time looking (many months of going to "open houses") and he never got upset and was extremely active at helping us.
